We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition (unworn, unused)
With its original tags and packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return?

Contact us at hello@nailhand.com to initiate your return. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label along with the necessary instructions.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Custom or personalized products
Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
Hazardous materials
Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it first, then make a new purchase separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@nailhand.com.

European Union Customers

In accordance with European law, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of their order, without having to justify their decision.
